My client a busy Accountancy Practice in South Dublin require a Trainee Accountant.
The trainee should ideally have a minimum of 12 months practice experience.
The ideal candidate should have a high level of numeric accuracy, have the aptitude to work on their own initiative, be ambitious and be enthusiastic. Exceptional written and spoken English will be necessary and an ACCA or CPA qualification an advantage.

Reporting directly to the Audit Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities will include –
- Assisting with audit and other assignments.
- Preparation of annual accounts for audit exempt companies and sole traders.
- Preparation and filing client tax returns.
- Effective and efficient planning and execution of assignments.
- Communicating with and managing client’s expectations.
Candidate Profile –
- The role will suit a part-qualified accountant ACA/ ACCA
- 1/2 years’ practice experience and focused on developing a career in practice
- The candidate should be familiar with accountancy concepts
- Willingness to learn

My client is seeking an experienced Tax Senior who will join their tax Department. Working closely with the Tax Partner, this role will be varied and the successful candidate will be expected to assist clients (corporate & personal) with all tax matters.
Duties include – Reviewing Corporation & Income tax computations, Review of Audit files for all tax issues, Tax research, working with the Tax Partner on consultancy assignments, advising clients on personal tax issues, and total exposure to all clients of the practice.
Ideal candidates should preferably be a qualified AITI, an Accountancy Qualification would be a distinct advantage and a number of years’ experience within the tax department of a quality practice.
